The term course or courses refers to any club coaching course consisting of a series of four or more weekly sessions.
The term session or sessions refers to any club pay & play coaching session, class or holiday camp booked individually.
Bookings
Our courses and sessions are booked and paid for online in advance.
Full Courses and Sessions
If a course or session is showing as ‘full” when you book online, please give us a call on 01903 247270 or email info@wwc.org.uk with details of the course or session and the dates and we will happily discuss alternative solutions.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a course which you have booked and paid for but has not yet started, please contact us and let us know by telephone or email. We will arrange to transfer your booking to the next available similar whole course starting on a date acceptable to you. We will only transfer bookings where at least 48 hours’ notice is given before the start of a course. We regret that we are unable to transfer bookings once a course has started.
If you are unable to attend a session which you have booked and paid for, please contact us and let us know by telephone or email giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the session start time. We will arrange to transfer your session, class or holiday camp to the next available similar session on a date acceptable to you. We will only transfer bookings where at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the start of a session. We regret that we are unable to transfer bookings after the session has started.
If a course or session needs to be cancelled by us for any reason, participants will be given as much advance notice as possible and offered an alternative booking of at least similar value starting on a date acceptable to you. If no acceptable alternative date can be found, we agree to provide a full refund.
In the event of bad weather affecting outside courses or sessions, participants will receive an email around one hour before the session start time. If you are unsure whether a class is running, please call reception on 01903 247270.
Refunds
West Worthing Club will only cancel a course, part of a course or session in exceptional circumstances. In such cases an appropriate refund of course / session fees, or a credit against the next course, will be given to participants. If a participant misses part of a course or session because of serious injury or illness, a part refund or credit can be applied for subject to approval by the Club Manager or Club Director.
Privacy Policy

Photography, Video & CCTV Policy
Occasionally, video footage and photography may be taken during games, events and coaching sessions by people approved by West Worthing Club. Such images and footage will be appropriate and only used for club marketing purposes, in accordance with the Club’s Safeguarding Policy which can be found on the Club website. If you object to having your image used, please contact the Club Reception in writing. Please note that CCTV is only used for site surveillance and security.

Health and Safety
The Club takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that all courts, facilities and areas are safe but accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property or bodily injury unless it is due to our negligence.
Please be aware that in certain atmospheric conditions, courts and other playing surfaces may become slippery. You should ensure that you assess the conditions prior to playing and always wear appropriate footwear for the relevant playing surface, with an adequate level of grip.
As with all of our sports, the assessment of the condition of the playing surface and its suitability for the relevant level of play and the mobility of the players is the responsibility of each individual player.
All attendees must behave in a proper and responsible manner:
• No alcoholic drinks, glasses or glass bottles are allowed to be taken on court.
• Appropriate clothing and footwear should always be worn.
• Normal etiquette for racquets sports should be followed.
