Booking
Our two padel courts are available to non-members for play, normally doubles, at various times on weekdays and weekends. An individual visitor can use our Clubspark Padel @ West Worthing Club website to check availability within a window of up to one week ahead. At any one time, one court can be booked for up to 90 minutes play and a card payment is taken as part of the booking process. If no suitable courts are available when you go online, please give us a call on 01903 247270 or email info@wwc.org.uk and we will see if any alternatives can be found.
The courts are also available for exclusive hire by local schools and other community groups or organisations, companies & clubs; please contact the Club Manager at manager@wwc.org.uk to arrange.
There is no maximum to the number of times that a visitor can Pay & Play but we hope that visitors will wish to join the Club as a member and enjoy the additional benefits of Club Membership.
Refunds
The Clubspark Padel@West Worthing Club website allows individuals to cancel their court booking and obtain a full refund back onto the payment card, if done at least 24 hours before the booking start time.
Bookings made in person or by phone via our Club Reception are non-refundable however, we will always work with your to help rearrange your booking, provided you have given us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, prior to your booking start time.
Late cancellations will only be credited or refunded where there are extenuating circumstances, such as the Club closing facilities at short notice.
Equipment
If players do not have their own racquets, these can be hired from Club Reception on payment of a hire fee. Racquets must be returned immediately to the Club Reception after playing.
Please note that our Club Reception normally closes at 8pm Monday to Friday and at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Racquets are available from and must be returned to the Bar if Reception is closed. Padel racquets and balls, other equipment and clothing can be bought in the Pro Shop.
Unreturned, lost or damaged hire racquets will incur a £50 charge which shall be collected from your debit or credit card.
Club Rules for Visitors
On arrival at the Club all Padel Pay & Play visitors must visit the Club Reception for their court booking to be checked and their arrival to be recorded. They may use the Clubhouse facilities before and after their game; this includes the Car Park, Reception, ProShop, Café, Bar, Lounge, Toilets and Changing Rooms.
In addition to the individual who has made the court booking, they may be asked to supply the names of the other three players plus any spectators, who should always be kept to sensible level (normally no more than four people).
All visitors must behave in a proper and responsible manner, exactly as expected of Club members:
• No alcoholic drinks, glasses or glass bottles are allowed to be taken on court.
• Appropriate clothing and footwear should always be worn.
• Normal etiquette for racquets sports should be followed.
Privacy Policy
The Club is committed to data privacy and your personal information will be treated properly and securely in accordance with current data protection legislation. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy on the Club website.
CCTV and Video/Photography Policy
Video/photography may be undertaken during games, events and coaching sessions by people approved by the Club. Such images will be appropriate and only used for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Club’s Safeguarding Policy which can be found on the Club website. If you object to having your image used, please contact the Club Reception in writing. Please note that CCTV is only used for site surveillance and security.

Health and Safety
The Club takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that all courts, facilities and areas are safe but accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property or bodily injury unless it is due to our negligence.
Please be aware that in certain atmospheric conditions, courts and other playing surfaces may become slippery. You should ensure that you assess the conditions prior to playing and always wear appropriate footwear for the relevant playing surface, with an adequate level of grip.
As with all of our sports, the assessment of the condition of the playing surface and its suitability for the relevant level of play and the mobility of the players is the responsibility of each individual player.
