Tennis Club Championships 2026
Members! Get ready to compete in the upcoming Tennis Club Championships. This is your chance to shine on the court and enjoy some friendly competition with fellow members.
Important Dates:
- Entries Close: Friday 29th May 2026 at 8pm.
- Payment Deadline: Please pay entry fees by 31st May 2026.
- Competition Start: 1st June 2026.
- Finals’ Day: Sunday 6 September 2026 from 10am.
Events to Enter:
- Men’s Singles & Doubles
- Women’s Singles & Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
- 45+ Men’s Singles & Doubles
- 45+ Women’s Singles Doubles
- 45+ Mixed Doubles
- 12U Mixed Singles
- 16U Mixed Singles
Eligibility: Players must have an active West Worthing Club racquets membership for the duration of the tournament. To enter 45+ categories, players must be aged 45 years or over on 1st June 2026. LTA competition entry rules apply for 16U events.
Entry Fees: £6 per player, per event (£12 per pair).
Draws: Draws will be posted on the noticeboard on 1st June 2026.
Event Limit: You may enter as many events as you like. If you are to reach finals in multiple events, the schedule of play may not be able to accommodate rest time between matches.
Player Responsibilities:
- Arrange all matches and court bookings, observing any play-by dates.
- Provide balls for every match (except Finals’ Day matches)
- Record scores on the noticeboard promptly after each match.
- Be available for Finals’ Day 6 September 2026
