We are delighted to bring a regular Pilates class programme to West Worthing Club.
Our classes focus on building a leaner, stronger body and help improve posture, flexibility and prevent injury through a series of gentle mat-based exercises. They are delivered by a qualified and experienced instructor in the comfort of our spacious clubhouse.
Classes are suitable for all abilities and we welcome members and non-members. There is no long term commitment with our classes as each is booked individually. Just book the classes you can attend.
