Pilates is for everyone and works the entire body through a series of mat-based exercises, concentrating on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso and core. A gentle but highly effective session for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury.

Our weekly Pilates class is run by an experienced, qualified instructor, is suitable for all abilities and welcomes non-members and members alike.

Exercise mats and equipment are available to purchase from the Club Reception.

 Why not stay for coffee afterwards?

Relax in our comfortable club lounge and enjoy a coffee and a chat with others after your class. 

Our classes are 60 minutes long and run in an upstairs studio, accessed by stairs.
