Keep Me Breathing Charity Fundraising Day

Help West Worthing Club’s squash & padel coach, Kelly Eastment, raise vital funds in support of Keep Me Breathing Charity on Saturday 3rd August 2024.

About the Charity Day

The day features various sports and social activities, please sign up for any or all of these using the form link below.

Squashathon: Kelly has challenged herself to a 12 hour squashathon and is inviting people to keep her moving on court for a full 12 hours!  Help Kelly achieve her target by signing up to one of the various squashathon slots where you and others will play with Kelly. No squash experience or equipment is necessary. Kelly is happy to help anyone who hasn’t picked a squash racket before. Slots start from 6am. Suggested donation £5 per person.

American Tennis Doubles Tournament: The afternoon brings a fun and slightly competitive American Tennis Tournament. Sign up as an individual or bring a friend or partner as well. We’ll organise your games and a spot of afternoon tea afterwards. American Tennis starts 2.30pm with tea served at 4.30pm. Suggested donation £5 per person.

Supper: Join us for a tasty supper after the Squashathon and American Tennis at 6.30pm. Please order your meal in advance using this form. Price £6.50 per person. 

Quiz Night: Flex your grey matter with a light hearted quiz in the club lounge starting at 7.30pm. Teams of 4-6 people. Sign up to bring your team. Entry fee £10 per person.

SUGGESTED DONATIONS for Squashathon and American tennis and payment to be collected on the day.

PAYMENTS for supper bookings and quiz night entries are due in advance. We will be in touch to collect these.

A raffle and auction will be available with draw and auction of lots at approximately 9.30pm.

About Keep Me Breathing Charity

Imagine needing a machine to keep you alive every time you went to sleep. 

Keep Me Breathing are developing a treatment to change and save the lives of CCHS patients in a world where such a treatment does not exist. KMB will no whatever it takes and is backed by over 120 medical professionals.

Keep Me Breathing is a patient, scientific and engineering led organisation which helps and supports people with Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome (CCHS) a rare genetic disease. It helps people who suffer from CCHS and receives worldwide enquiries. KMB is involved in research with the University of Cambridge Consulting Society to find a treatment for CCHS.
