AMERICAN

The September American will take place on the 24th September as part of the 125th celebrations.  To be played in Victorian Dress.

REGULAR CLUB ACTIVITIES

The lawns are available for play at any time during daylight hours (unless notified otherwise) key to be collected from reception.

Association croquet will be played on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings.
Any member interested in joining this group should contact: Frank Lee on 01903 536929.

Golf croquet will have a club morning on Mondays and a club afternoon (when we also offer a free taster to newcomers) on Wednesday and Friday.   Anyone interested in introducing a newcomer should contact Maggie Webb on 01903 244072 or Frank (above).

During the summer months AMERICAN TOURNAMENTS were held once a month. These will be replaced in October to March with a 10/10 TOURNAMENT and dated will be posted on the notice board.

Recent Events - Reports

HOSPITALITY

We entertained pupils from Our Lady of Sion School on the 31st March.   The children were dressed in Victorian costume and all enjoyed their croquet.

On the 16th August a Badminton Club enjoyed an evening croquet competition and a fish & chip supper at the bar.

We are looking forward to hosting the Rotary Club on SEPTEMBER 10th.

COACHING

On the 20th April coach Daphne Gaitley from Sussex County gave a very useful coaching session to our new members which was very much appreciated.

Another coaching session was held on the 22nd June and  Don Mead has kindly offered his services so we hope to arrange a date soon.  Please watch the notice board.
